Consultants are hired because of the expertise they have in a field and are trained to tell people what to do. Career Coaches provide the tools needed to partner with you so that you can reach your goals. A Career Coach will not tell you what to do with your career – that would be like telling you who to marry! As your Career Coach, Laura will provide you with the tools you need to discover exactly what it is you want out of life; partner with you to devise a plan to reach that goal; and then provide accountability to make sure you reach your goal.
